The heating resistance of Iron-Chrome-Aluminium(Fe-Cr-Al) series metal
alloy grows as the increment of the composition of Chrome and Aluminium.
It has superior anti-oxidization, anti-sulfur and anti-cementite. It
also has series of advantages as small density density, high surface
load ,high resistivity , high service temperature, long life-span and
low price etc.. Therefore it is widely used in heating elements of
heaters. We have full ranges of 0Cr25Al5, 0Cr23Al5, 0Cr21Al4, 0Cr21Al6,
1Cr13Al4, 0Cr21Al6Nb, 0Cr27Al7Mo2 wires and strips. The material can
totally replace Kanthal A, Kanthal D, Kanthal AF,etc..
The Nickel-Chrome,
Nickel-Chrome-Iron series metal alloy have a series of advantage such as
good anti-oxygen, high strength, not soften etc.. No distortion, and
permanent elongations are very small while using with long hours. We
have full ranges of Cr20Ni80, Cr15Ni60, Cr30Ni70, Cr20Ni30 and Cr20Ni35
wires, strips and strand wires. They are the first choose to manufacture the high quantity
heating elements.
Copper-based low
resistance heating alloy series possess the features of low resistance
temperature coefficient, wide area of working temperature , good welding
function etc. It is widely used in the area to make adjustable resistor
and strain resistor etc.
